Nudo, an English importer of Italian specialty foods and gifts like sundried tomatoes and olive oils, is trying to conserve its piece of Tuscan land by allowing those so inclined to "adopt" an olive tree there.
You get a certificate of adoption, with a booklet about your tree -- and you can visit it, water it and even hug it.
